$SPX & $QQQ

Quiet tape after the long weekend. SPY off 0.13% premarket, QQQ up 0.23% and sitting right on its 720 Call Wall, DIA the laggard at down 0.61%. VIX bid up 6% to 15.4 with the index barely moving. Somebody is paying up for protection into a flat open.
The driver is oil. Brent is knocking on $100 after Houthi drones hit Saudi energy sites over the weekend, WTI $94, and the 10Y is back near 4.80%. Add Canada's retaliatory tariffs on $20B of US goods kicking in today and the Dow names are wearing it while tech shrugs. Fed meets next week with a hike better than a coin flip in the pricing, so CPI and PPI later this week are the real catalyst. We'll see if energy keeps carrying the index or if the VIX bid knows something.
Macro day is light: NFIB small business already out at 6, Consumer Credit at 3. GME and CASY report today.
Let's have a sesh.
$30,000 in one morning. Three years of nothing before it.

Xanlord spent three years and thousands in course fees and still couldn't call direction 30 minutes out. Then he started reading the same levels you just read and watching the flow confirm them live, and one morning trading ES and SPX off that flow paid $30,000. That's not a typical morning, but the shift underneath it is: "What's different now is my confidence, not just in entering a trade, but in knowing when to hold versus fold." You already have the read. The flow is what tells you to hold.
