The unc2.0 didn’t fail yesterday—once again—after the awful Q1 GDP print (-0.3%), but it needed a push from the EOM flows to make it happen right before the closing bell.
Nevertheless, it’s been a while since the good old system missed, and we’re continuing to use it when appropriate (NFP on Friday, maybe).
For today, it’s all about $AAPL and $AMZN, but tariffs chatter is always looming, so we keep an eye on X.com for that.
We also have PMI, manufacturing, and construction spending on the board for data prints. Watch the calendar for the appropriate times.
