Bearish flow told the story, as we mentioned in Wednesday’s notes:
Yesterday we once again knocked on SPX 6700’s door, and by EOD the flow into S&P components and Mag7 stocks was as bearish as it gets.
SPX is implied to open at 6600, and we noted earlier in the week that if this level breaks, a test of 6500 is to be expected.
This might be the most important session for the markets since April.
