Half of my feed is calling for a correction into EOM, the other half is calling for a melt-up.
Which side’s gonna win? I don’t know. What I do know is my July puts died—and that was definitely the worst trade I’ve taken this year.
Technicals got absolutely wrecked by tariffs and rates news over the past couple months. First, Taco Tarrifs, then the Fed opening up to the idea of an early cut—even JPow. And now the market’s back to minimizing the chances of a September cut.
Just plain fukery, over and over again.
I’m playing more conservative than usual this week, with a multitude of catalysts ahead—besides the mean tweets (or Truths).
