Happy OPEX day.
We once again open below 6600 SPX as we're yet to see a reaction from Wednesday's deeply bearish flows in Mag7 names and S&P equities.
Will they unleash the bear today or wait for a new catalyst from the war? In our opinion, the last FOMC presser alone was enough to cause continued selling.
Yesterday's reaction to Israel supporting the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz caused a 60pt buying frenzy that quickly faded. Doesn't seem like we're done. That said, we're here to navigate whatever flow tells us, without trying to predict.
